My daughter was here for 5 months, and although there were things I didn't like, it was not a fully bad experience for her. In the 5 months that she has been there, she has made significant improvements towards her mental health. She is thankful for the time she spent here, and truly feels like it helped her. Got out Aug, this place doesn't help at all. Just a bunch of mentally ill kids rubbing off of each other and making each other worse. I'm talking about Codes everyday and fights. This place just makes you worse as a person as well. Like what do you mean I had to stay on the unit for two weeks when I first got there for doing nothing..?? This place only teaches you to surpass your emotions. Just because we want to go home and not be there. Some staff there really don't care about the kids, just the money. But shout out to sea... read more

Instead of calming situations, staff would yell, threaten, or physically restrain us. During my stay, I was restrained twice, which left me with sore joints and bruises. It was traumatic and felt unnecessary. Staff frequently threatened me and others with restraints or “ETOs... read more

I got out in June of this year and this is not the best place the communication is poor and therapy is not the best, my therapist stopped doing our family therapy some staff aren’t the best dealing with mental issues and don’t know how to handle it properly. The food is alright way better than school food tho and it’s dirty. I miss the recreational therapists shout out to u guy’s recreational therapy it helped the most for me especially the outings. I miss Mr. Brandon so much you were always there for me when I was upset but... read more
