I am writing to share my positive experience regarding the recent admission process for my daughter. Despite initial skepticism based on online reviews, my interactions with the management and admissions team were professional and efficient, ensuring a seamless transition. They don’t rest their kids as individuals my therapist did not even have a file of me. Staff does not care about the individuals needs
I was here for 7½ months I unsuccessfully discharged due to my behavior. This place made me worse than what I already was more depressed bad sleeping habits and the worst of all some of these staff love putting their hands on kids. In like January I'm pretty sure it was I got an infection on the side of my face because of TIC training using the force of an elbow on my face looked like a rugburn...hate sandy pines.
This Facility should be Shut down. Child is worse now before child went in. So much was done incorrect. State needs to do serious investigation. Hippaa Violations and more.
