October 2025 Update - This update is all about friction. (The time or effort to change from driving to eating, sleeping, etc.) The Scout layout from Sandy Vans provides flexibility with little "friction" to change from driving to eating to sleeping or carrying extra passengers. I just got back from an AMAZING trip with Sandy Vans. We took our van to Yosemite, and it was perfect. Between adventuring around, it truly felt like we had a home on wheels. Cooking was easy with the van, and we both got really great sleep with the AC. All the small considerations like the starlink and dropdown TV that were in it made the experience that much better for us as we both work remote. Definitely recommend their vans to whoever wants an elevated van experience :)
These guys not only do a great job outfitting vans but they are highly attentive and accessible to customer service needs which occasionally arise.
