I gave one star because I couldn't give a zero. Sandy has a great plan till you sign the contract and she gets her hands on your money. Then good luck getting responses from her or her associates in a timely manner. in the end keeps your $300 even after you close on a house. I felt they are unprofessional, unreliable and if you want a home you must do the work because they do not in any way go out of their way to help or to look for you your dream home.
