How much is their application fee? How often dies pest control come? The landlord seems very nice.
Anyone own these units? I have called and left a voicemail to get information and rental availability but no one calls back.
All issues (many) take forever to get fixed, maintenance is super nice and kind, but they rarely fix anything. Everybody smokes inside their apartment and smoke comes through the walls, not to mention you will be moving into a previously smoked in unit. So if you're a nonsmoker, dont live here. I made that mistake and I regret it. Bedroom closet was completely unusable due to neighbors who smoked like a chimney in the unit next to us. All around stressful place to live. Don't do it.
