I recently took my mother to her oral surgery appointment and we had a great experience. From the moment we walked in, to the moment we left. It was an outstanding service and everyone was very welcoming and friendly. Dr. Haeffs and his team were extremely professional who paid close attention to my moms needs. His team made us feel comfortable, they never rushed us in anyway and they walked us thoroughly on what they were planning on doing to my mom. I was never left blindsided which is a plus for me. The staff is very friendly and efficient. Oral surgery isn't anyone's favorite activity, but they offer effective procedure pain relief medication, and post procedure medication is rarely needed. They validate parking!
Dr. Haeffs did a great job with my procedure and was very helpful with answering my questions, and scheduling was quick and easy. Highly recommended!
I cannot tell you how pleased I have been with my experience at Sandy Springs Oral Surgery. I came in with great apprehension because I had tried to determine who the best doctor would be, and after getting recommendations from a dentist, my perodontist, and others, I settled on Dr. Tyler Haeffs, who turned out to be a genius, and had the very best chairside manner.
