New Management company and its cleaner and Quiet here, the grounds are kept up very well and Maintenance is prompt about handling issues here, I'm not sure of the problems in the past but I know now that Management is on top of everything
Loud ratchet garden tools keeping up mess, no where to park when you come home, people have multiple cars or they just sitting there broken down hoping the parking spot, can’t wash clothes at home because they removed the washer dryer hookup and the laundry spot only has 3 washers and 3 dryers that are coin operated. We already struggling that’s why here in income based housing. We gotta spend extra money washing clothes to now. Nose mutts watching you come in and out the house.
