Convenient atm location in Washington D.C. which is hard to find Sandy Spring banking in the city.
Terrible bank. The ATM malfunctioned for me 3 times. First time - no money came out. Second time - I withdrew $100 - and I got 5 x $10 bills - third time - the ATM took money out of my account but gave me nothing. I filed a complaint and after 30 days I was returned the money. The staff is not helpful - and very rude.
