Just dropping back in here to reaffirm at this bank is a horrible organization that does not support small businesses does not listen to their customers. Thank you for making the day-to-day operations of a small business even more challenging Just a crock of a bank — continued failures to listen to small businesses and their needs. Total deception. Arguably the worst decision I’ve made in business is opening an account with the bank.
