Just dropping back in here to reaffirm at this bank is a horrible organization that does not support small businesses does not listen to their customers. Thank you for making the day-to-day operations of a small business even more challenging Just a crock of a bank — continued failures to listen to small businesses and their needs. Total deception. Arguably the worst decision I’ve made in business is opening an account with the bank.

Have had mostly a pleasant experience at this location specifically! Jackie has always been quick to respond and help me out when needed!
BE AWARE OF HOW THEY TREAT ELDERS! My 80+ year old father who’s had an account with them for 50+ years and wants to close his account with SS after retiring. He is very coherent and right in the mind so my mother and I were very confused when Jackie, who I believe is branch manager, refused to let him close his account. His first attempt a couple weeks ago he went alone and came home disappointed telling us that Jackie literally said to him “she won’t let him” implying it’s in his best interest despite him expressing his str... read more
