Amazing. Nothing short of amazing. This is what customer service is supposed to be like. We were just visiting the area and had an orthodontic emergency. Without skipping a beat they fit us in. From the walking into the door to a beautiful , clean establishment to the most friendly receptionist ever (Deborah :) to the wonderfully polite and thoughtful Dr. Zwickel. You can tell this team takes pride in their jobs and it shows. Highly, highly recommend. Thank you Sandy Smiles!
My son broke a bracket while we were in town visiting from out of the state. Deborah was so sweet and helpful, she got us checked in, wire trimmed and back on our way within 5 minutes.
