If I could give them 0 stars I would! Sold me a car and the rear end went out before I made my first payment on it! Definitely would recommend staying away from this place if possible! I know everyone has to do what they have to do in certain situations but this place fixes cars up to deceive you from the big problem then when you drive off the whole car starts to have problems with no help from them to resolve the situation!!!
For those who just read the first few sentences: Tabitha is the best salesperson I have ever met! She fought for us to find a reliable vehicle within our price range and went above and beyond! For those who like the whole story: We were searching for an affordable vehicle because we are truly at rock bottom. My experience at this dealership was very unprofessional. I wholeheartedly went there to purchase a used vehicle. When speaking with a sales representative regarding price, he advised me that he was very active on social media and did not need my business. I've purchased vehicles everywhere throughout the United States and have never had a sales representative try to bully me into a purchase. I wish the best for the dealership, but this should be noted when coming to this dealership.
The buying experience went well, no complaints there. However, a month after purchasing a 23 Suburban the transmission started to shudder. Not even 4k miles put on it. Their service department still charged us to change the oil which should have been done prior to selling it to me. $500 later the shudder is gone and we are lucky it wasn't a bigger issue.
