I arrived here at the opening because my Sunroof would not close all the way. They told me I could leave it and they could get to it in about two and three weeks. I'm not as upset that they couldn't get it in, it's the way they said it to me. I'm sorry your so far behind in your business. Maybe you need to hire more technicians and re-train your Service writers!
We just recently traded and bought a car from Mack Flowers and I can’t express enough how great of an experience we had. Mack went above and beyond for us. Best car salesman I’ve seen. All of the staff were amazing! Everyone was on their P’s and Q’s. If we were to go and buy another car I’d immediately come right back here! The best of the best!!!!!!!!
Mike Flynn was incredible to work with. He found me a car after an entire day with no luck elsewhere! Very thankful I was able to do business with him. If you need a car for a good price that fits your needs, Mike is your guy! Andy, the manager, was great as well.
This place should not have the Lincoln name associated with it. The service is horrendous and the staff is not customer focused. Even the Service Manager is not customer focused. They do not provide loaner vehicles even though I requested one when making my service appointment with the Service Representative.
