This place should not have the Lincoln name associated with it. The service is horrendous and the staff is not customer focused. Even the Service Manager is not customer focused. They do not provide loaner vehicles even though I requested one when making my service appointment with the Service Representative.
Bad service once could be an anomaly. Poor service repeatedly means its a bad business. This latest time, I had my truck into the service department early one morning, SEVEN hours later they hadn't even touched it yet. "Can you leave it overnight?" I am delighted to hear that Sandy Sansing Ford thinks that people do not actually use their vehicles and that they value their customers' time so little but unless you just absolutely have to, I'd get your car serviced some else.
These people are professional, to the point and communicative . Definitely recommend .
