Good people to deal with
When you make an appointment for the simplest warranty fix a week in advance, and you have to call at the end of the business day to get your own update and be told they will work on it tomorrow. I would say your dealership needs a complete overhaul of management. If you need warranty work spend your time going else where. This place is why they make jokes about owning a ford.
Shout out to our salesman John McLean aka “Diehard” and Sales manager, Steve knight for all their hard work in helping us find an almost impossible truck.. our budget vs need was challenging. We found after visiting multiple places that this dealership wasn’t pushy or harassing. We will be back for future vehicles based on how organized and friendly everyone was. Top notch.
