My experience at this dealership was very unprofessional. I wholeheartedly went there to purchase a used vehicle. When speaking with a sales representative regarding price, he advised me that he was very active on social media and did not need my business. I've purchased vehicles everywhere throughout the United States and have never had a sales representative try to bully me into a purchase. I wish the best for the dealership, but this should be noted when coming to this dealership.

The buying experience went well, no complaints there. However, a month after purchasing a 23 Suburban the transmission started to shudder. Not even 4k miles put on it. Their service department still charged us to change the oil which should have been done prior to selling it to me. $500 later the shudder is gone and we are lucky it wasn't a bigger issue. I have the warranty so it would have been covered. Needless to say, I won't be going back to any Sandy Sansing dealerships in the future. I have 2 children almost driving ag... read more

I worked with Tiffany, “the car city queen” and I loved her so much! She was so patient and welcoming! Never made me feel like I was taking to long or wasting her time! 10/10 bought a beautiful Highlander at her recommendation! Casey was the desk manager and was also so easy to work with! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ service!

I was looking for a Hyundai Sonata. I have never owned a car before and i wanted something good on gas and just a good used car in general. Jaqi got right on it. She knows how to hustle!!! She knew exactly what i wanted and came through. By that evening i left Sandy Sansing with a beautiful used car. JaQi really worked hard and even had a huge red bow on it when i walked out the door. i’m so happy and blessed. thank you JaQi for making my dream car possible.

Absolutely terrible buying experience. Kid named Nathan tried telling me that the dealership has $9,000 put into a used trade-in car.. kept raising the price on me from $8,000 up to 9,500 telling me he's taking a loss.. You're charging me more than what it's listed for and even lied to me about it having transmission work done that I can see on Carfax never happened at the dealership.
