I gave 1 star because I couldn't post this without putting one (which is garbage) and honestly, I wish I could do a negative amount. My son came in to purchase a truck back at the end of November. He is 18 years old and is in the Navy based right in Pensacola. He has committed the next 4 years of his life to serve our country. I went in Monday morning to get a car, and I did just that with Neal's assistance. This was by far the smoothest, easiest and quickest purchase I've ever experienced with a car dealership. Neal you did that! Highly recommended!!!
Bought a car from them before I could make my first payment( which was the 22nd of February bought in January) I’m having to have the transmission fixed and new wheel bearings, I brought it back that day because of how it was driving and was told it was just normal for bigger vehicles like that. I had contacted them to let them know and the best I got was “ I can give you a number for a mechanic to save you on labor”.
