Worst Vehicle Shopping Experience Looked at a vehicle, went over financing and had a deal made, made a plan to sign paperwork following day due to the dealer I was working with being off work that day and then I get a message the morning I was going to sign paperwork saying the truck was sold yesterday. Would not recommend getting a vehicle from here, unless you want it pulled out from under you in the last second!
Cole Stoner was our dealer and he is amazing! He is also really helpful with post-purchase car title help!! (Since we bought in FL and live in AL). He is great!
I gave 1 star because I couldn't post this without putting one (which is garbage) and honestly, I wish I could do a negative amount. My son came in to purchase a truck back at the end of November. He is 18 years old and is in the Navy based right in Pensacola. He has committed the next 4 years of his life to serve our country. I went in Monday morning to get a car, and I did just that with Neal's assistance. This was by far the smoothest, easiest and quickest purchase I've ever experienced with a car dealership. Neal you did that! Highly recommended!!!
