The 18-hole "Sandy Ridge" course features 6,409 yards with exacting 'push up' bent grass greens, water on 15 holes and bluegrass fairways cut through a sandy ridge of pine and hardwood trees makes Sandy Ridge a challenge whatever your handicap. A variety of birds habitat the course in strategically located wildlife areas. One may even sight a white tail deer, some turkeys, a red fox, or even a peacock while golfing.The Course is designed by Bruce Matthews on 1996.

I'm in town for a visit and we played here today. I played here alot when I lived in the area 25 years ago. Today was like rediscovering an old gem. The course was in exceptional shape. I cannot fault any aspect. I was a bit disappointed that Sandy Ridge doesn't have logo balls for sale in the pro shop, though! I collect them. Let me know if you ever replenish your stock as I'd like one!

The staff are great and it’s a solid course for the money.
They did not have any score cards in the box. The course has not been cleaned up at all this spring. There were leaves and debris everywhere. They just don’t seem to be taking care of the course the way they should be.

We are from Kentucky but was on vacation and played at Sandy Ridge twice this past week. We give you all 5 stars golf course. Awesome course and very friendly environment.
One of our favorite local courses.. A little pricey, but a very well taken care of course.
Pretty straight forward up and back muni course with some twists. Greens are in great shape and roll very true. Was 10000 degrees so that is impressive. Staff was very friendly.
