Best gym I have ever been a part of! I joined a year ago and have lost over 40 pounds! The work outs are fantastic and I can fit it in almost every day since it is only 30 minutes! I am a working Mom and time is something I never have enough of. The trainers are outstanding and the community of members are encouraging and supportive! Try it out, you have nothing to lose but the extra weight!!!
