Wonderful atmosphere and great staff! The pool is warm and inviting and although they healed me long ago I continue to use the pool for my fitness goals. Along with outstanding physical therapy, they have a great variety of classes, as well as equipment for working on my own. Relaxing environment and my favorite place to be!
Brian, is amazing he knows how to help in any situation, some days I will go in and have little pain and he knows how hard to work me, other days he can see how hard it is to move, and he takes it easy on me, I've been going there since September, and have seen a great improvement! I have spinal stenosis in the upper and lower back, sever arthritis, Mandy fibromyalgia. I still hurt all the time, but I'm getting stronger :)
I love this Therapy and plan on doing this for a very long time. I no longer have pain and this is great exercise.
