I wanted to make a change on my condo policy with the agency. They transferred me to a "service agent" who then transferred me to another agent, who then again, transferred me to another agent. The change should take 60 seconds to make. I am not sure why I had to talk to 6 people to make it happen. Guess thats what you get with Cheap insurance.
Geico's insured drivers will hit your parked car and then Geico will refuse to claim responsibility. Fun!
