PLEASE READ THIS AND AVOID VISITING. My heart is just hurting so much right now. I called to get an appointment for a full groom on Friday 10/2/2020 at 11 am and had Annie “groomer” welcoming us. I thought with all the reviews it would be a place that I can have my mind at ease while my dog gets groomed. I went back pick him up after 4 hours ( took them 4 hours to call) paid and tipped and asked the groomer how Toffee did. They are excellent dog groomers!
They have always been great with our pug. From grooming to boarding, to taking care of his needs. I hope they will reopen soon!
They were wonderful with our dog. .
Took my 9 month old Morkie for his first Groom. They did an Amazing job. He was nervous and shaking and they were very gentle and patient with him.
We leave our dog with the Sandy Pawz staff any time we are out of town. She can be skittish with humans but never has a problem there! Lily even let's them groom her and cut her nails which we couldn't even do at our vet. Great staff, great place!
