Outstanding place. Take good care of dogs and was very informative about procedures. Top notch !!
Extremely rude custom service
Dr. Sasha and the team did a wonderful job treating our dog's heartworm. They were caring, attentive, and professional during the whole visit. Dr Sasha was happy to explain all details about the procedure and address all my questions and concerns.
I took my 95lb Weimaraner mix in and paid over $1100 in order to get his teeth cleaned and "specifically requested they trim his nails SHORT while he was asleep". The nurse charged me for the nail trim, but didn't write down the request. When I came in to pick him up, they had hardly touched the nails. I asked why they didn't do as I requested after spending over a grand and I got an excuse from the nurse that "We didn't want to see him bleeding". The dog was asleep. Sandy Paws provides absolutely top notch care for our beloved family golden doodle. Dr. Sasha is passionate about providing excellent care and outcomes. She has the highest standards for care and quality, and her and her staff are so lovely and caring. I cannot imagine a better experience, and would drive far to see her team!
