I knew so little about the process because this was the first and only home I had ever sold. Sandy Matus was AMAZING!! I felt comfortable with her right away! She answered EVERY question I had and did so promptly and enthusiastically. She checked in with me almost every day, even though it took almost four months to sell my home and I was living in Raleigh by then. I felt like I was seeing her even after we just had email, texts and Smartphones. I've already asked her to be my agent if I buy another home in the future!

Sandy was an outstanding agent from the very beginning of our search. We were buying from out of state and did not know the area very well. Sandy worked consistently with us during our search. She constantly brought a stream of properties to our attention. She was very responsive whenever we had any concerns or questions.
