Sandy use to be an AMAZING dr. Idk if she is sick or going through some things but if you have an appointment don’t show up because she won’t be there . Been here every day for two weeks no one is working there .

Can never get ahold of him when you need to. They never call you back. You can leave as many messages as you want. Sometimes you can't even leave a message. The staff does not seem to really care about their job. They don't Come to the window and check when you get there. You have to wait 30 minutes before somebody checks. You have to sit in the doctor's room for 45 minutes before the doctor comes in, then they leave. 30 minutes later, come back and tell you you can go. It needs more structure.
I’ve been going here for 4 years the staff is an absolute mess. My appointment was at 10am I got there at 940am no one came to the front desk until 1037am. I wasn’t called back until 1045am to be seen at 1125am to be told again my symptoms were due to lupus without any tests done. The doctor and the intern left to come back in at 1156 and tell me I was good to go and needed to go for lab’s which I wasn’t given any lab paperwork.
