I wish I could give her a lower rating than one star. I rented a home from her in July of 2023 and moved out in November of 2024. Rent was paid on time every month, I had to break my lease one month early due to my mother's health condition and needing to return to Utah. Sandy did not work with me whatsoever. I left the home in better condition (even with two dogs) than I took it over from her and she is still giving me grief.
