DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! Park Village WILL NOT return any security deposits you put down on an apartment. They dilly dally and give FALSE information regarding your account balances with them. They make up charges to keep your security deposit and lack proof or justification. Honestly, go anywhere else and you'll be treated better.
I live here for almost 2 years. I miss Abby and Shane! they're very helpful and if you left a voicemail they will return your call right away. but lastnight, i lost my house key and my boyfriend called them and left a voicemail through emergency locked out. i have never receive any call back from them. after waiting an hour i decided to break my door knob. also, I left a voicemail around 11pm last night and until now i did not receive any response from them.😔😔😔
RecommendedIf you're looking for a small, starter apartment or something to just do you in, this is the place. I can't believe that I ever found it, and I love it here. Maintenance gets here when asked and scheduled, the wildlife is GORGEOUS (I saw an otter in the pond yesterday!) and everything is so peaceful. It's conveniently located around a bazillion stores and not too far off from 19 to get to everything else.
Recommendedgreat value, caring office staff and wonderful promt maintenance staff makes this place a great place to live as well as the location.
RecommendedI have lived her for a little over 2 months and I absolutely love it here. Tiffany in the office is amazing and super friendly. the grounds are always clean and ever member of the staff that I've met has been super helpful. this is the best complex I have lived at by far. The valet trash is also a plus for me haha! I definitely recommend checking them out!
Sandy lane : So many late night talks, water fights and sleepless nights. So many nights by the pond where we found baby ducks and named them. Where we had my baby boy here. Your the place I’ve grown to call home. My first real place being out on my own. Its been real. 2 more nights here and then moving down to West Palm. Ready for the adventure but sure will miss sandy lane.
