I’ve been trying to get my stove fixed for months now. After months of complaining they move in another stove from another apartment. It’s having the same problem and maintenance is telling me it’s fine. Our windows and doors leak every time we have a storm and they won’t fix them. The grounds and landscaping look crappy lately. The office people and manager won’t let you talk to anyone above them and just want to keep saying that they can’t do anything about it. I would never tell anyone to move in here.
Do not move here. I originally wrote a good review for this place after living here a couple of months. I would like to take that back as I’ve been here about a year and a half and am counting the days down until I can get out of this nightmare I am living in. We lived in a 2bedroom on the first floor. Our neighbors washing machine flooded at 1am and all the water started pouring out of our smoke detectors and flooding our entire bedroom and damaging a lot of our property. RecommendedContempo Lane has the best office staff they are very nice and very helpful. The Maintenance workers are very nice to you when they come in to do work orders. I would totally recommend this place.
I have lived here for 4 years and my list of complaints could reach the moon. If you like rude staff, selective enforcement of rules, mandatory renovations with 24hour notice, piles of dog poop, rent-a-cops that don't even bother driving thru anymore, consistently raised rent, bad plumbing with constant toilet issues, 2nd hand appliances that are dented and dirty, witnessing mass evictions, light bulb inspections (not even joking) etc this is the place for you. RecommendedContempo Lane was my home for a year and I enjoyed every moment! Great place to live and so close to schools and eateries. I only moved to purchase a home. Loved this apartment!

RecommendedI've lived here almost 2 years. They are constantly making improvements. Most recently new mailboxes, new toilets, and new exterior lighting. Maintenance is very fast, usually same day and the office staff are always friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this apartment complex.
RecommendedBest community I have ever lived in! The staff is AMAZING! They are so friendly and very accommodating. The apartments are beautiful and as soon as something needs to be fixed, they are on it. Dunedin is an awesome area so that’s a plus. Highly recommend!
