Sandy liisted and sold my house in 2018. Selling was a challenge because the house was "unique" and didn't fit any formula or typical buyer like a tract house would. Sandy went through the house in detail and made me a list of repairs that needed to be done and what furniture to leave for showing. She then "staged" the house adding a women's touch of towels, shower curtains, throw rugs, etc. which she provided. Sandy Kilpatrick is one of the best Realtor's I have ever dealt with. I have been working with her since 2006 and she has always been attentive, responsible, courteous, empathetic and very knowledgeable of Real Estate trends and the areas that she markets. We relocated from MD and Sandy helped us find a new home here in Melbourne Beach. She was great and was very knowledgeable about the area. We looked at a lot of houses and she was extremely patient with us. When we found the house we liked she went to work to get us the best deal. Sandy quickly identified our needs and only showed us houses that we liked. I dont know how she does it, but any of the homes she showed us, could have "been the 1 house" we were looking for. I plan on using her for all my future real estate needs.
