Help to recover lost id
I have been a patient here for almost 20 years. Always has been the best place for treatment. Glad to have a family doctor at this location.
I did not receive legitimate help at the walk in clinic I had a serious concern and was turned away and then one staff in particular was very judgemental and gave me other numbers to call and insinuated I had HIV when I infact do not that's not the issue I came in for. She also gave me a number to an online clinic based in Toronto useless and was very rude
