Sandy is a wonderful therapist. I'm moving and shes the thing i'll miss most about Gainesville. Sessions are like talking with a friend. I always leave with an extra pep in my step from the weight being lifted off my shoulders from issues that I didn't realize were weighing heavily on me. It started out as couples therapy and while she wasn't a good fit for my partner, she was for me and just solo sessions alone had a huge positive impact on our relationship.

Sandy is truly an amazing therapist. She is intuitive, kind, honest, gentle, funny, and incredibly intelligent—a genuinely sweet soul. I cannot recommend Sandy enough. Our first session was during a particularly challenging transitional period in my life. Sandy was exceptional in her approach. Not only taking the time to listen, but fully understanding my thought processes and emotions. She equipped me an array of tools and techniques to help navigate this difficult time.
