Her bedside manner is pronominal! She’s a straight shooter which I like. I asked a lot of questions and she answered them all. When I messaged her after my annual paps, I received a response shortly after. She’s the best OBGYN I’ve had since moving back to NY. The first one was hard to get to. She kept rescheduling and the second one had terrible bedside manner. I would recommend Dr. Dorcelus to all my loved ones.

I have no issues with the doctor personally, but getting and keeping an appointment is almost impossible. I have been rescheduled 4 times now. My initial appt was today, they moved me to October stating the doctor had surgeries today. Then they moved me to November stating the doctor was unavailable for the October date. Last night I get a text saying there is an appt opened TODAY (which was my initial appt). Now today they call and say the doctor isn’t available AGAIN for my appt in November but I can see the NP if I want. ... read more

I transferred to her office at 3months pregnant due to new residential status. Initial visit and first intro was lovely but after that I experienced so many concerns and challenges during pregnancy. She blew me off, dismissed my complaints, never addressed any concerns always had a nurse call me back or send me a message. She pretty much insinuated that I was lying about my level of pain in the one message she did decide to reply to. I immediately switched and began seeing other doctors in office and they were all wonderful ... read more

Dr. Sandy Dorcelus is very nice and kind as soon as she walked in to the room she was friendly and introduced herself and asked me my name and made small talk before we started my pap smear. Her staff was very friendly and they communicated everything they were doing to me. We went over birth control options and Dr.D explained everything. I recommend you to go see her on your own before you let the other reviews discourage you. Also the clinic was very clean.
