this doctor is very unprofessional, she does not care one bit about her patients. my son had a 12:40 appt and arrived at 12:36 and was turned away, not only did she turn him away she also informed him that he would have a cancellation fee, ummm he was 4 min early and didn’t cancel anything, he was on time,she did not care that he didn’t have any meds, she could careless about him, of course why should she? he’s not her loved one, he’s just a dollar sign to her, and the kicker is, this was his second appt with her, first one ... read more
I couldn't help but see this person named Dr. Sandy Dettmann was on "Wood Tv - News 8 Special" trying to capitalize off of the misery and mayhem that comes with opioid/drug addiction. As I saw her advertising her "compassionate and caring"*Sarcastic* addiction program/practice to ALL that suffer from the disease of Opioid addiction. Very unorganized. Poor customer service.
Misinformed receptionist regarding insurance coverage. Don't be late for your appointment!!! Strict rules with no exceptions. There is no compassion. We are human beings. Would not recommend this office.
