The doctor is very through and professional. She gets a 5 star rating but the Ai system for drug renewal and talking to a person is very frustrating. I needed to get my rescue inhalers renewed and the system is very difficult to go through, especially for inhalers that are only used infrequently.
My experience was excellent. My questions were answered and test results were shared with me. All if this was completed in a very warm, professional manner. Thank you
Dr. Desai is, and always has been, terrific! Unfortunately, Allergy and Asthma Specialists has become extremely impersonal. We’ve been going there for at least a decade. I used to know and communicate directly with the administrative staff. Now, everything is an answering service and the people I dealt with were insensitive, and that’s being kind. It was a pleasure meeting Dr Desai. She explained everything regarding my allergies and treatment plan in detail, and in a way I totally understood. I felt she took time with me, and displayed an interest in me. She was professional, yet totally kind and personable.
