No Customer service in office Sales people are great

Got my 2018 Verado 300 annual service in and out on a Saturday. Nice folks and easy to deal with. I bypassed the Abilene Mercury Tech because these folks were friendly and eager to help.
I bought my boat from them in 2004. They have winterized it every year since and repaired when needed, which has been rare. They are always straightforward, honest and reasonable on their prices. I will continue to do business with them.

I called several times trying to get a quote to repair my power head. They never returned my calls and was unable to give me a quote. Terrible customer service.
