I haven't had any problems so far. I love my apartment the area isn't bad so far.
Recently moved into Sandy Creek and I will say they have come SOOO far! The renovations are great, the management actually cares and wants to fix any issues. If you are looking for a place to call home give them a try! Def a new owner and whole new vibe!
Moved in from out of town newly renovated apartment I love my apartment. The new managers are nice but do handle business. I haven't had any problems this far and I've been here since June.
So impressed with the renovations and new mgmt at Sandy Creek, excited to call this my new home.
