Dr. Chung was very disrespectful as well as extremely disorganized. I let a cuss word slip when they jabbed my eye and she kicked me out of the practice. I’m a veteran with a stick stuck in my eye and she dilated my pupils then threw me out on the street. Mind you I’m a veteran and it’s Veterans Day. What an awful thing experience and I hope my lawyer drags her through the mud for being an awful human being
compared with other providers, I felt the office was a bit disorganized and un professional- including clinical and admin. Did dr. Chung know what she was talking about- sure yes, but I had to ask for my exam room door to be closed during appt because it was so noisy- (not to mention privacy issues) and referrals from the admin front was just confusing, and I felt like the staff struggled to communicate with one another about what needed to be done, and I had to do that for them- I had to tell them what just happened in my... read more
This office is very professional and they are cleaning everything. I had Cataract surgery and it was a excellent experience overall. Dr Farhad Shokoohi did my surgery and I saw Dr Chung for my post ops and I was very happy with everything.
