Sandy was much more than the sales agent. She help and often met and directed the pre-sale work (clean, repairs, paint, etc). Then recommended a sales plan that resulted in 4 offers after first weekend and a significantly higher offer price from list price. Finally. Her best attribute was communication. She explained, updated and discussed each step before, during and after it happened. Best realtor period!!!! You couldn’t go wrong adding Sandy to your team - frankly she is the only team member you must have.
