Sandy Beach Properties are the BEST! You will not find a more professional and caring staff. I have been leasing a townhouse from them for almost a year. It was immaculate when I moved in and completely remodeled. Janalyn and Patty are always available anytime you need them. The office staff is always friendly and courteous. They provide great lawn care service also. I highly recommend Sandy Beach! You will not be disappointed!
Very disappointed in this company. My 63 yr old mom, 7 yr old daughter, 6 yr old twins and myself was evicted from our home for a dog. A dog that wasn't ours. A dog that got loose from his house and showed up at our house. Very dishonest people. Tried to say we owed a deposit when in fact our rental agreement states that keys will not be handed over until everything is paid in full. We are now displaced with no where to go knowing they manage majority of the properties here. I have NEVER in my life been so hurt and upset. To... read more
