By far the worst experience I've ever had in real estate and yes I have the right Sandy Baker, as does everyone else who left you poor reviews. You were the real estate agent for the sellers of the house we were trying to purchase. You caused me to waste thousands of dollars on the home, well, and septic inspection by taking back door offers after our offer was already contractually accepted. Sandy, you likely don't remember me because I was the buyer for a seller you represented. The short list of our problems with you were- you listed the house incorrectly and it was two different properties, not one. The deed was illegal and it took months for Howell Township to get your office to respond to them (not to me) to fix it. Your seller was an older woman who was super pleasant and honestly amazing, and you kept shushing her and telling her to stop talking to me at close. I have worked with Sandy on a few different projects this year. She is absolutely top-notch.
Sandy Baker is AMAZING!!! She sold us our home 21 years ago and we raised our boys in this happy home. Now they are grown and gone and its time for us to spread our wings and be adventurous. So we called Sandy back to help us out yet again and she was just as AMAZING as she was the 1st time around. She has truly become like family to us and MANY of our friends and family too, over the years helping them buy and sell thier homes too!!
