Every time new management takes over, nothing changes. The management is unprofessional and unresponsive. They don’t care about tenants at all. Whenever we call to report maintenance issues, it takes forever for them to do anything—if they even respond. There’s no proper parking organization; people park wherever they want with no assigned spots. The building constantly smells like cigarettes and marijuana, and it’s not clean at all. The common areas are dirty, and nothing is maintained properly. Very bad experience overall.... read more
