We had a feral chicken problem and Jaz was on the spot, checking and setting the traps, communicating with the tenants and keeping me informed of what was caught!
Contracted with Sandwich Isle to catch feral chickens. I had 3 traps but unfortunately no chickens were caught in the traps which were in place for 1 week. The best part of this experience was Jaelene who set the traps and checked them daily. She was very helpful and hardworking and really tried to come up with solutions. She was very professional yet caring and I felt she really tried hard.
My technician Jayleen is outstanding. She really knew her stuff and answered all my questions with a smile and acted like she really cared. In the world of customer service, she is a rare breed. Don’t lose her!
