The Sandwich Fair Association, Inc. is building a new Office Building on the South East corner of the Fairgrounds, and will be moving operations from Downtown to the new Office building. Construction is nearing completion and operations should be moving from downtown Sandwich to the Fairgrounds the week of August 7th.

The fair is the best.my grandaughter is the 4th generation to start showing pigs over 80 years showing at the sandwich fair.
Better than going to a State Fair. Lots to see, to eat, to buy and plenty of free parking. Gate fee is very reasonable and grandstand events comparably priced to other county fairs. Will be back next year!
It was totally unorganized. No one knew where anything was. I'm talking employees Not their fault. But come on guys... you've had a year to hire and train these kids??? I had VIP tickets to Old Dominion and got steered into wrong line. Wasted 40 minutes while friends of mine got snuck into open gate area for $20 for 4 of them. All into his pocket. WTF? You've been doing this for 130 years! Can you get your s**t together?????
This is the last fair of the season up here and it is a real gem. We don't do the rides but there are plenty of young people on those. The agricultural side is phenomenal. The animals are some of the finest. They have everything from rabbits, chickens, beef, dairy, swine, goats, sheep, etc. We were disappointed there was no horse barn this year. This was my first time. It was run very well and the people were very nice but it was really expensive....especially the food. Eat before you go.
