Very prompt and professional. Explained in detail everything that was going on and what the fixes were.
I always delt with Seigmans for my heat pump. I was never overly impressed but they were the company who our contractor used to put in the unit, so I just stayed with them. Our AC quit working. When the techs came one was extremely rude from the time he got out of the truck. And it continued to go downhill from there.
