Very impressed with his knowledge of my unit.and took the time to explain everything.found the problem quickly and went to retrieve the blower motor I needed .and to my surprise returned after hours to install it. Very prompt and professional. Explained in detail everything that was going on and what the fixes were.
I always delt with Seigmans for my heat pump. I was never overly impressed but they were the company who our contractor used to put in the unit, so I just stayed with them. Our AC quit working. When the techs came one was extremely rude from the time he got out of the truck. And it continued to go downhill from there. He assured me someone would be in touch because he wasn't sure they could get parts because it was "ancient." It was 15 years old. All of this said very rudely.
