John was prompt and coming out and performing the service. After the service, he provided a detailed account of what the problem was and his solution.
Sandwell Mechanical provided an estimate to repair our heat pump, ordered parts and came on Saturday July 4th to repair it. The temperature in the house was over 90 degrees. Repair was done very efficiently and fast to get the system running again. Thanks for great service.
John is the guy to go to with any plumbing/HVAC needs. He explains what's wrong/needed and does the job well. He's always there to answer questions and help when needed. Have used his services many times...this time he did a heat pump installation.
