Barely the star rating at present. I hope I can mark this up. There is poor correspondence and explanation. Also patients are made to turn up in a limited time window. Carers and other family members seem to be not welcome either as much as other health settings. Standing on one's own two feet can be... Overrated.
Very quiet and quick professional service. Building is old and a little tired though.
Sandwell hospital as always been close to my heart as I worked for this trust for over 20 years. So recently i have had cause to visit the A/E dept on three seperate occasions within the last 3 weeks with my mum. In this age of complaining about our NHS I thought I would make the change and champion this hospital instead. My mother is 85 years if age and has many age relates illnesses but still manages to live independently with support from my sister and I.
