While I actually like the NP I saw, they will make sure to let you know they don't care if you're financially struggling to pay your bill and don't give you time to figure it out. They'll just pull from the card on file without telling you. You'll get the notice from your email when it's already done. No compassion from the billing staff or even a willingness to call or email first to ask if you can work out a payment plan. Heaven forbid you need their help because they don't care unless you have money.
Dr. Morrow is amazing! I was dealing with joint pain for 3 years and did not know the cause. After tests and trying different medications, my family doctor referred me to Dr. Morrow. He was able to diagnose me and get me on the proper medication immediately. I highly recommend Dr. Morrow
Dr Haladay was always professional and courteous to me. I wish I knew if he was opening or joining another practice.
Will I also just got turned away/rejected by the doctor at Sandusky rheumatology and got told I should just stick with Cleveland clinic after I explained I needed a new outlook on my diagnosis. Very disappointing. Guess they get to play GOD. Looks like you need to go back to Doctor School if actually want to help people.
