I have been waiting for a refund for 5 months now on dentures my mother never received. My mother died in May and they were notified May 15th. I was told a partial refund was approved and have called almost weekly to find out the status of the refund. It has apparently been sitting of the office accountant's desk for months. I personally talked to the office accountant on October 2nd and still not check.
