Not everyone who uses Sandstrom Dentist Office has had a positive experience……… We were taken advantage of by the management in both money and services. No blame should be pointed to the lower staff , but Rose should be ashamed of her customer service.

Such a friendly and comfortable atmosphere. I had a cracked tooth. Went for my 9 am appt and left at 11 am with a new crown. I’m pain free!! Thank you so much!!

They are #1 in my book. Dr. Sandstrom is an excellent dentist with a fantastic chair side manner. I was put at ease right away and they worked with me to get what I wanted and needed. Kathy, the office manager, is great as well. I was very impressed with her dental knowledge as she did some of my lab work herself. Kelly is also awesome. upon speaking with her, you know everything is going to be great. I now have a beautiful new smile thanks to all the people at Sandstrom Dental. Out of five stars, I give them a 6...
I have been trying to get a refund for 5 months on dentures my mother ordered and never received before she died. I was told a refund would be forth coming and I contact them almost weekly about the status of this refund. I have been told it has been sitting on the accountant's desk. I talked to the accountant on October 2nd and still have not received the refund. It should not take 5 months to process a refund check. I have been extremely patient given the circumstances and just want this resolved!
