Mice everywhere do you they do anything about it no they know about pest control knows and they don’t move you , they don’t prorate you , they don’t break your lease but expect you to pay the prices went up to 1276 Nothing fancy about the apartment all old appliances all black even if they know any problems nothing is getting resolved better chance and cheaper and nice at the pines 850-1000 for a two bedroom
had nothing but the best experience dealing with the new management in the office!! Staff are amazing at answering any questions as well as accommodating in a timely manner. The newly renovated apartments are very nice with all new items and flooring! Highly recommend!!!!
Comfortable stay with well-maintained facilities Marina Sol Apartment has very good facilities that made the stay enjoyable and stress-free. The apartment was clean, well-organized, and equipped with all the essentials needed for a comfortable stay. The furniture and amenities were in good condition, and everything worked well. The building facilities were well maintained, especially the swimming pool and common areas, which were always clean and pleasant to use. The overall environment felt safe, quiet, and relaxing.
