From day one when I moved in last year up till today the management team has been great to me and my family. Made sure my apartment was ready for when it was move in day. They have been doing a great job in remodeling other units and making sure each resident are good. The only thing I can say is that the safety right now is crazy had a few young guys trying to break into my apartment. Absolutely the worst place I've ever lived at i had a leak from the toilet which caused mold no one ever came to fix it and it's infested with mice and they just gave me 2 sticky traps and also the downstairs apartments were empty and homeless people would be in them if you're looking for somewhere to stay don't waste your money $1275 and the place was a dump
If I could give no stars I would have. I don’t know where to begin but I’ll start with the property management! (Horrible) very unprofessional, rude, and UGLY! Maintenance sucks, apartments are ran down and infested. The rent amount is ridiculous for and always increased. I’d rather stay in a motel than these apts. my son stayed here for 2yrs never missed a payment never caused a problem but soon as he decided to submit a 30day notice all the chaos started. 1st it was it had to be a 60day notice!
