This place is horrible. They don’t give you a shower. It’s freezing cold in the rooms. The front desk was very pleasant, and Genet very pleasant. But The nurses hardly ever check on anybody. My mother was sent there twice., We will never let her go back there. They released her and we had to bring her back to the hospital. She couldn’t even walk when they released her. And they said she was fine to go home.

I like it so far for mom. Staff is great. Mom is on a gluten free diet and they listen right away. Rooms are clean and nice. 😊 I’m happy

Don’t ever take your family here unless you want them to die. My ex was never supposed to be here and it was forced by the Dr even though we were already going to another facility. The place is dirty and they not only neglected him but also abused him. He is alert and because he couldn’t get out of bed the forces him to wear a diaper they even told him he couldn’t use a urinalysis that he can just pee and they would change him . Will not answer phone. Can not get through to talk to anyone. Staff is not professional . I have worked with more organized facilities.
