Appointment was on time! Hygienist was very professional and gentle.
Update: After posting my original review, the clinic manager reached out promptly and addressed my concerns with transparency and professionalism. I truly appreciate the accountability shown and the steps being taken to improve internal communication. Transitions take time, and what matters most is how concerns are handled — and in this case, they were handled with care, respect, and professionalism.
