The first year of residency was positive, but the quality has declined in the past year due to management and maintenance crew restructuring. On-site experience: Maintenance workmanship and competence have decreased. Unit upgrades, such as new flooring, are cheaply done, leading to increased noise. A recurring roof leak caused a mold problem early in the tenancy. Instead of replacing the affected sheetrock, the issue was addressed with bleach.
