Wow! The location is the only good thing about this place. There is wonderful apartments next store you should move instead of this place. If I could give a -5 I would. Let’s start with the management…. In short terrible. People below a budget. Very quick to try to kick me and my roommate out when I tried to address the slow maintenance, terrible parking, and over 200 undocumented residents, because “I was listed as a resident, but not on the least” and “raised my voice at staff”. Looks can be deceiving. The wife and I moved in in February and yeah...there was plenty of time for people to have our apartment cleaned and updated but they didn't. From day one there were issues starting with the apartment not being fully cleaned. Appliances were old, the fridge was dirty as hell and there were ROACHES! The old maintenance crew was shitty. So if you want to live in the most expensive part of Overland Park, but feel like you live in Raytown - This is the place for you! First off. I had to threaten to sue to have my HVAC repaired. It has still only been halfway repaired after a month. The maintenance guy they hired tried to tell my husband, (A Plumber of TEN YEARS.) That the garbage disposal wasn’t rusted out. I'm giving 1 because there's nothing less than that. My whole experience of leasing a unit at sandstone creek. I have experienced major issues with the maintenance. 1. I have raised a request when the garbage disposal was broken and the sink was clogged. The maintenance arrived after a week by which the sink was stinking. That too, after I have reached out to the office and requested them to show up. 2.
