I moved into the village side of the area and I am super impressed! I hear nothing from upstairs or next to me. Its insulated very well! I am loving the top loading washer which is a new addition to the apartment. It took all the stains out and left them soft and fresh smelling! The move in process was super easy. All the appliances are brand new and everything is super modern. Love the shelfs in the closet and bathroom as well. 10/10 I am loving it here
My friends lives there and one says her new neighbor is very violent nature, yells when shes alone and on her phone plus she verbally, emotionally abuses her cats, yells, cusses very loud at them, maybe Everyone, people need to have a roof over thier heads but its invading everyone else who lives there, their peace and security for that person seems very violent nature.
I’d say sandstone is a great place to live been here for 10 months and the parking is great and people are good, nice apartments too
Sandstone was the best place I’ve ever stayed in greenwood! The office is great Nicole is the best she’s very understanding and really care about the residents 🙂 The maintenance staff is really great as well Jeff is really great at what he does! Me and my daughter moved because I finally got approved for a house 🥳 but I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful place to call home with great staff! Thanks Sandstone
Unfortunately, while Sandstone Apartments appear nice and offer good amenities, the reality is very different. Maintenance is severely lacking—we went the entire month of July during a record heatwave with no AC and weren’t given a window unit until just days before the issue was fixed. This resulted in an energy bill of over $700. On top of that, an eviction notice was posted on our door after rent had already been paid.
