Sandstone care was instrumental in saving my daughter's life. We were in a desperate place and thought we'd never be able to get her the help she needed after she experienced years of mental health trauma and instability. No one returns phone calls. I am tired of calling and calling and leaving voice messages for Joylena. I am tired of getting over billed for services we did not ask for. You increased prices on many services 2 months after we moved our mother into your facility. Your original Mgr. Cami quit. Your billing Dept. DOES NOT take phone calls and DOES NOT have voice mail. The phone line disconnects. Who is running this operation? Nurses and nurses aids have been wonderful. Mgmt. HORRIBLE.

Very unprofessional if you apply for a position with these folks. How about they email instead of calling to say they leady hired someone the same day as the interview. I called ERIKA the Friday before to confirm and she said the interview was still on. Also called DEVON HR manager. IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO WORK THERE THINK AGAIN. MOVE ON! They are not very professional. If you call the HR MANAGERS number it always goes straight to voice mail, that person never answers. I actually spoke directly to the recruiter.
